Imran Khan, born on October 5, 1952, in Lahore, Pakistan, transitioned from a renowned cricketer to a prominent politician. Khan's cricket career peaked when he captained the Pakistani national team to victory in the 1992 Cricket World Cup, securing his status as a national hero.
